Found this great deal while looking for a subwoofer. This set is selling for $249 at Amazon and $299 at Sears. Picked it up today and they are perfect for my living room setup (small area). Heres the link

One Problem! This set is not sold online and you can’t use their in-store finder on the website or their 1800 number because they don’t work with this item, both told me this system wasn’t available but it was after visiting 2 stores. Both only had 1 left though. Call or visit your local store to find it! I hate Circuit City but this was a fantastic deal for me.

On clearance, the 80 foot Ridgid brand 12/3 extension cord with a separate 2 foot three outlet adapter. It’s a pretty hefty cable size.

Yes, I know “upto” can be very misleading, but I was at the local Sears (Elsmere, DE) today, just to see if there were any of those Harmony Xbox remotes left. None to be found at that store, but it was marked $59.97 anyways. They had plenty of other goodies on sale though, some deals included 90% off winter clothing. This was mainly mens stuff, couldn’t find such deep discounts for womens clothing.
They had many jackets 90% off, we got a $150 jacket for $15, it’s superheavy layered type jacket (has a fleece, shell type thing going on). Not bad, I’ve paid more than $15 for fleeces anyway.

There were some other jackets, I think structure brand that were $100, now just $10! Leather jackets were around $50 (originally $200-$250), not a leather expert, but they seemed nice and were going fast.

Cold weather accessories like gloves, scarves, hats were 90% off too:
.99 - 1.49 beanies
2.49 for ear muffs (like 180s style)
1.49 for a hoodie, neck garter, scarf type thing (it’s like the 4 in 1 thing they sell at the mall kiosk)

Huge YMMV but just in case it works for someone else…

I went into hhgregg looking at the Samsung T5054, which they had for $1227.82, which was the best I had seen. Next to it was the T5064 for $153x.xx. I mentioned I had seen it at Amazon for less. The salesman asked if he pricematched it to Amazon, would I consider it? “Sure” I said, but I didn’t remember the exact number. So he said he’d make it $200 more than the T054. I took him up on it. He didn’t even check Amazon.

The deal on the T054 is the best I’ve seen anyways, but for the added ports/USB/Anti-glare I went with the 5064.

Home Depot has three deals that are overlapping on major appliances.
1) First get the 10% Lowes moving coupon on line and PM. (or you may still have a valid Home Depot coupon).
2) Maytag has an up to $500 rebate good from 1/28-4/26/08 on select models (all models are excellent).
3) Home Depot gift card(s) up to $250 PER ITEM 1/17-2/10/08…this is screwy read it carefully, based on the individual price of each appliance. So depending on your desires, this adds up nicely.
4) Free delivery and set up coupon 9/07-2/20/08 $55, which is their per stop charge, no matter how many items you buy.

Just came home from Home Depot in Central CT with a Husky 12 gallon, 1.5 HP upright compressor with 4 air tools (impact wrench, brad nailer, 3/8″ ratchet, and inflating gun with gauge). 2.5 SCFM at 90 PSI. 135 PSI max pressure. Regularly $199.99 on clearance for $149.99.

Is this a good deal? My wife bought it for me for Valentine’s Day while we were there. It was the last one so we took it, but before I take it out of the box I wanted to see if this was a good buy.
