I just noticed that Duane Reade has Seinfeld seasons 1-2 and 4 for $19.99. This is quite a bit cheaper than I can find online and anyone who shops at DR knows that you get a $5 off coupon for every $100 you spend there (effectively 5% Cash Back). So using a $5 off coupon makes the deal even sweeter. They had them behind the cash register where I was on the Upper West side. YMMV

Now before you “red” this deal, remember:

1) Megapixels AREN’T an accurate measure of how good a camera is. Nowadays, in many cases LESS IS BETTER… and IMO 8.3MP is more than enough for a 1/1.6″ sensor! (Read “More Megapixels, Better Photos: Fact Or Fiction?”.)

2) This is a very compact, pocketable point & shoot digital camera. It is NOT meant to be compared with digital SLR’s, or other more advanced prosumer point & shoot digital cameras with bigger sensors. However, comparing very compact, pocketable point-and-shoot digital cameras, the FujiFilm FinePix F40fd is one of the BETTER ones, with an excellent balance between daytime/bright light photography and night/low-light photography.
