This is vista home premium upgrade. Offered to students/parents of students/institutions. Cheapest I found. There are a few sites that sell it but with shipping usually comes out to about $75. Anyway I just ordered mine. Thought some other students out there (k-college) might want in, or their parents. They require verification (ID, report card, or class schedule). Good luck.

PM to BB for $28.99. The final expansion to the Guild Wars series. I don’t know why they didn’t give you new character slots, it’s the same price as the additional chapters but it’s the lowest price so far after its release about a month ago.
