Started shipping today. Yes, 18X zoom. Compared to the S5 IS I think this is quite a bargain for what has been a great camera in other zoom sizes. I have had one on order for 2 months and shipped today by Amazon.

I went to Bestbuy today in Roseville MN this afternoon, and saw the Sony KDS55A2020 SXRD rear projection HDTV (item# 8242298) on sale for $1379. It is not listed on the best buy website. The store still has a brand new unit in stock. The same TV is on sale at Circuit City for $1799. I was able to get a pricematch at local CC. The manager couldn’t beleive that price and called the BB twice to confirme the price. However, he won’t let me use the $100off coupon on the top of this. So final price: $1338 + tax.

I was at my local Sears Grand tonight in Lenexa, KS, and I noticed they have the Harvard Finalist Soccer(foosball) Table on closeout for $47.97. It’s listed on Sears.com for $199.99. It’s not a great foosball table, but for the price it’s a pretty good deal. Since the $47.97 price isn’t listed on their website, YMMV. I’ve been looking at getting one. I was thinking about a much better one, but I might have to just get this one because of the price.
