Guys, I’m sure you’ve read my annoying questions on the acer 22″ inch monitor thread so today I went searching for the best deal for an hdtv for my loft. I went to various stores and found no 22″ hdtv ready tvs for lower than 390 and that was a brandsmart. I’m sure there was some cheaper but not better than this. I went to Circuit City after where they are all rearranging the TV selection and saw the 19″ inch elemnt on sale for 250. and the 22″ for 350. Well, I left and did my homework and decided that I would get the 22″ incher for 335 (10% off coupon) and not deal with the hassle of buying tuners n such for the acer. I go to a different CC (again, its a mess and there moving tv’s around everywhere) and I see the element 22″ priced at 349.99.. right next to it was a sign that read -100 off 22″ inch element lcd hdtv = 250..

the tv rang up at 349.99 and I told them about the sign.. they adjusted the price with a total of 240 including taxes for a brand new 22′ inch lcd hdtv. The reviews seem good and the panels are supposedly made by lg.

I think it’s a good deal. However, I won’t get it because you need to have a previous version of N360 (I don’t have one) to be able to use the upgrade. Free tickets are bundled though (which I could have used if it WERE offered separately). Oh well, I think I will pass, but this bundle may be great for others who need the upgrade and some tix!

I know the download service fee is stupid though. This deal is not too hot, but for those who need a software upgrade this may be worth considering.

Did some grocery shopping at Super Wal-Mart (w/ the seafood counter) over the weekend and saw that their Alaskan King Crab legs were on sale.

These are not those rock/snow crab legs where you get 1/2 the body and all 4-5 legs. These are the colossal single legs that are each the size of a police baton.

They’re usually $10+/lb, so I took home about 8 lbs worth of the stuff. Gonna stock it in my freezer for when I get that serious shellfish craving.

Not sure if this is regional or whatever, but I’m in Austin, TX if that helps.

This week’s CC ad shows Kingston PC2-4200 1GB RAM for $44.99.
OD also advertised this product for the same price but after MIR.
It’s $85 before MIR. So, PM to CC that brings down the price to $44.99 and apply for $40 Kingston MIR that gets printed out at register to bring down the price to $4.99 + tax.
I have already bought 2×1 GB RAM for my Toshiba S2276 laptop.
