Greetings,

Haven’t put a deal out for a while, but searched and did not see this posted yet, and this is fairly hot.

The deal is on the Acoustic Research TDS202 Sound Enhancement Sound System - it is basically a passive speaker that goes inline with your existing sound and expands the audio - I have been to someones house with one and it does make a difference and is very nice. These used to be quite expensive but are now in the secondary channel. They go for $20-$30 most other places, but today OrangeOnions (OK site - have ordered from them before but not often) has them for $12.99 - and their shipping is VERY REASONABLE - I ordered 4 of these for different rooms and the shipping to my house was $9.xx for all 4 so I consider that pretty decent pricing for shipping.

Amazon has some reviews from people who own them, and out of all 3 they go 5 stars from all of them - that’s pretty good.

Seems like a good deal, Lenovo Surplus Outlet site has the ThinkCentre A60 Tower desktop selling for $299 +tax with free shipping, reg $729.

I could only access this item through the Lenovo SPP site (which requires a code). The specs for installed RAM conflict, the outlet link shows 1 GB installed but the spec sheet (shown below) says 512 MB installed. Of interest is the 3 year on site warranty included and Windows XP Professional.

Subway locations often have a two (2) one footlong regular subs for $9.99 promo. Some also have a three (3) one footlong regular subs for $13.99 (or sometimes $11.99) promo. See Subway’s menu for what qualifies as a “regular” sub. Many Subway locations are licensed franchises, however, which means not every location honors the $9.99, $13.99 or $11.99 promo.

I’d like to start this as an auto-updating thread. (There was one on here for one of the office supply stores — OfficeMax, Office Depot, or Staples — which I found helpful.) This isn’t “hot” in the traditional sense as the promo comes and goes, but I’ve always had problems keeping track of which Subways have it and which ones don’t. My kids love Subway and its healthier for them than pizza or fried chicken.

In the San Jose area, I found three Subway locations that will honor it:
